They are mapped to supplier-reported California inventory. Duchess reconfirms the exact model, configuration, and lead time before making an offer.
Can I change the appearance?
Yes, as a request. Hair, eyes, wardrobe, finish, compatibility, and optional features are confirmed against the selected body and head before they become part of a quote.
How is payment handled?
Submit the reviewed configuration directly to Duchess Doll. After stock, delivery, tax, and final terms are confirmed, you receive a matching Chase-hosted payment request. This showroom never asks for card information.
How private is the request?
Your request is sent directly to Duchess Doll for fulfillment review. Payment details are never collected here, and the request service does not place your information in a marketing database.
